I want to do MCTS certification in BizTalk.
I haven’t seen any certification in BizTalk after 2006.
Can u plz suggest which certification I shall do and how to prepare for it?

You can learn BizTalk from different sources blogs/webcasts and books. For blogs http://www.biztalkblogs.com contains aggregate sites of all BizTalkers. For webcasts http://www.cloudcasts.net. The main sources would be the book in which Professional BizTalk server 2006 is the best for preparation and BizTalk fundamentals. There are two certifications for BizTalk MCTS-235 (BizTalk 2006) and MCTS-241 (BizTalk 2006 R2)
